The Role

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in North York, ON. Day-to-day, you will:

• Consult with clients to understand their personal and business insurance needs
• Provide product recommendations and prepare tailored insurance quotes
• Handle new policy inquiries, process renewals and endorsements
• Review coverage options and liaise with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms
• Respond to client questions and support claims-related concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional coverage
• Contribute to the growth of the brokerage

What You Bring

• Experience in insurance brokerage with knowledge of personal and commercial lines coverage
• Understanding of finance and retirement planning — ability to explain financial impacts and long-term options
• Strong customer service skills: responsive, empathetic, and a clear communicator
• Valid RIBO license (or equivalent) is a strong asset — or willingness to obtain one
• Sales and negotiation ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with insurance management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid office environment

Training Provided

We set you up for success from day one. You'll receive full training on our Broker Management System (BMS) as well as underwriting guidelines for each insurance company we work with. No experience with a specific system? No problem.
